Refund policy
• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and accompanied by all tags and packaging.
• To initiate a return, email us at [amarris.co@gmail.com] with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item within the return window.
• Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Items showing signs of use will not be accepted for return. Natural wear — such as creasing, softening, surface markings, or tonal variations — is considered a feature of the material (especially vegan leather), not a flaw.
• Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
